Joseph Choo

I consider myself to be cheerful and funny and like to keep the mood light-hearted even as I teach or share. I like to share what I learnt and practice and my aspiration is to train up others who are interested in guitar playing . I offer practical tips in teaching and will teach in a way so that you can learn. Everyone has different learning curves and so I will help you achieve your goal of being able to play basic chords by the fourth session and a simple song. Personally, I have people who learn chords at the end of first lesson, and learn basic strumming pattern in the second lesson. Some of the success story would be; I am able to play and sing a song on a stage and played accompaniment as the groom dedicate a song to his wife. My aim in teaching guitar: to bring you to where I am. So, let's learn together! To help you get started, it would be beneficial for you to tell me what do you wish to achieve at the end of it all, example, "I would like to learn this song in the acoustic version so that I can play and dedicate to someone special", or, "I would just like to pick up a new skill". Based on your goal, i will customize my teaching materials and cater as best possible so as to maximise your learning and achieving your goal.
